Dr. Dhyan Palanichamy, a distinguished crop scientist with a PhD from Cornell University, has dedicated his career to advancing agriculture. With expertise in rice, wheat, and maize research across multiple U.S. states, including Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, and Indiana, he has developed innovative corn hybrids and plant-based protein crops. A certified drone pilot and award-winning data scientist, Dr. Palanichamy holds patents for commercial hybrids and proprietary data science applications, driving precision agriculture forward.

John is a multi-generational farmer located in Hancock County, Indiana. His deep roots in farming bring invaluable practical experience and insight into the needs of American family farmers. 

Tom Boyle is a strategic business, technical, product, and marketing leader. He brings expertise in business development, technical leadership, analytics, and data analysis. He holds a Six Sigma Black Belt and has education from Indiana University Kelley School of Business and University of Maine College of Engineering.
